Questions, or a scan that didn't match? Email support@stickermint.com with your store's .myshopify.com address and the order number. We reply within one business day.

Getting started

  1. Open Pack orders in the app and type your name (it's saved on the device and used in the stats).
  2. Scan the order number from the packing slip (or type it, e.g. #1001), press Next order, or click an order in the list.
  3. Scan each item. The count goes up with a beep. A wrong or extra item turns the screen red with a loud buzz: take it out and press "I removed it".
  4. When every unit is checked, finish: optionally take a photo of the packed box and tick Mark as fulfilled.

Scanners and cameras

  • USB and Bluetooth scanners work without setup: they type the code and press Enter. Keep the station page in front; the scan field takes the focus by itself.
  • The browser camera may be blocked inside the Shopify admin. Create a device link in Stations and open it on the phone or tablet: the station runs full screen with the camera (Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox; codes are decoded on the device).
  • In the Shopify mobile app, the Pack orders page shows a "Scan with phone" button that uses the phone's scanner.
  • A barcode held in front of the camera counts once. To count the next unit, take the code out of view and bring the next one in.

How matching works

  • Barcodes match in any form a scanner sends (UPC-A with or without the leading zero, EAN-13, GTIN-14, GS1 codes with (01)).
  • If no barcode matches, the scan is compared with the items' SKUs (can be turned off in Settings).
  • Items without a barcode and SKU are confirmed with "Confirm without scanning" and a reason. To allow this for items that have a barcode (e.g. a torn label), turn it on in Settings.
  • For many identical units: scan one, then use "Enter count" for the rest.
  • Missing units: "Report missing" with a note. The order is finished as packed short; fulfilling the rest needs an extra confirmation, and missing units stay unfulfilled.

Stations and locations

  • Each station can pack orders from one location or all of them. Items assigned to another location, on hold, scheduled for later or handled by a fulfillment service are listed as not packed here.
  • An order opened at one station shows as being packed at the others; "Next order" skips it. A station can take over an order that was left open.
  • Device links can be replaced or switched off at any time in Stations. They stop working when the app is uninstalled.

On the order page

After packing, the order page shows a Packing record block (add it once: on any order page, open the page menu → Customize → App blocks → Packing record; it then shows on every order) with the result, packer, station, items and the photo. The same data is in the order's metafields.

Plans

Free: 50 orders packed per month, all checks, missing items, manual confirmation, Mark as fulfilled, packing record on the order, 1 station, 90 days of history. Pro ($7.99 / month): unlimited orders, packed-box photos, per-packer stats, CSV export. Plus ($14.99 / month): up to 20 stations, per-station stats, history and exports for 13 months. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial and are billed by Shopify.

The Free plan stops at 50 orders with a message; it never upgrades by itself. Changing plans never deletes anything: extra stations pause and come back on Plus.

Privacy

See our privacy policy and security policy. In short: the app reads order numbers and items, never customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
